All 11 Sharjah services in our list share one carrier: 11013 V at 27500 5/6. Television and radio together, nothing else in the multiplex.
That should make it simple. In practice this is one of the most commonly missed frequencies in the whole list, for a reason that has nothing to do with the dish.
Why this carrier disappears
A universal Ku-band LNB cannot cover the whole band in one pass, so it splits it in two and uses a different local oscillator for each half:

This carrier sits below 11700 MHz, so it is a low-band frequency. The overwhelming majority of our list is high band. If the receiver's satellite entry is configured with only one oscillator value, or the 22 kHz tone never reaches the LNB, the receiver will find hundreds of channels correctly and return absolutely nothing on this one frequency.
Everything about that symptom points at the dish, and the dish is not the problem. The fix is one field in the satellite configuration: the entry needs both 9750 and 10600 listed.

Confirming it is a band problem, not an aim problem
- Open the satellite entry in your receiver and check the LNB type. It should be universal, with 9750 and 10600 both present.
- Try any other low-band frequency from our transponder reference. If every low-band carrier is missing and every high-band one works, the diagnosis is settled — it is the band switch, not the alignment.
- If a DiSEqC switch sits in the cable run, take it out and connect the LNB directly. Cheap switches sometimes fail to pass the 22 kHz tone while passing the signal perfectly.
- Only after all three should you touch the dish.
Regional services and radio
Several entries here carry regional output rather than duplicating the main channel, so they are separate services rather than repeats. The radio stations on the carrier are audio-only services inside the same multiplex — they need the dish, and some receivers store them in a separate radio list.
Because everything in this group shares one carrier, the group is all-or-nothing. If some of these appeared and others did not, the carrier locked and the multiplex contents have changed. Blind scan that single frequency to see what is on it now.
