Read the list below and you will see the same channels twice — an HD version and an SD version of each. They are separate services inside the multiplex, not two views of one, and they are stored separately by a receiver.
Do not delete the SD copies
The instinct after a scan is to keep the HD entries and clear out the SD ones as clutter. On this carrier that throws away something useful.
An HD service carries far more data than its SD counterpart. Both share the carrier's symbol rate and FEC, so both have identical protection at the transmission layer — but the HD service has more to lose when the link degrades. As margin drops, picture breakup and audio dropouts become visible on the demanding service before the lighter one.
Keeping both means that when the link is marginal you have somewhere to go. Lower resolution and a watchable picture beats a perfect picture that freezes every few seconds, particularly during a live match.
This matters most on exactly the installations where people are most tempted to tidy up: an undersized dish, a long cable run, a rainy season. If your setup has plenty of margin you will never notice the difference. If it does not, the SD copy is the difference between watching and not.

One carrier, one point of failure
Everything here arrives on a single frequency, which cuts both ways. One lock gets the whole network. One problem takes all of it out at once, HD and SD together, and no amount of switching between stored channels will help because they are all the same carrier.
That makes diagnosis quick:
- All ON services gone, rest of the satellite fine: one carrier is not locking. Check the frequency, polarisation and symbol rate as typed.
- Some services present, others missing: the carrier locked. The multiplex contents changed — blind scan that frequency.
- HD breaking up while SD holds: margin, not a fault. This is the behaviour described above and the reason to keep both.
- Everything on this frequency intermittent: link margin. Look at dish size, aim and cable rather than at channel settings.
